What Are Plots?

A plot is a protected area of land.

Inside a plot, the owner controls who can build, break blocks, use doors, open containers, interact with entities, and manage other access rules.

Plots are useful for:

  • protecting builds
  • sharing land with trusted players
  • controlling what visitors can do
  • keeping homes, shops, farms, and projects organised
  • managing long-term SMP spaces

Plot Owners

The owner is the main player responsible for a plot.

Owners can manage members, edit permissions, rename the plot, teleport to it, view its boundary, renew it, leave it, or delete it.

Plot Members

Members are players who have been added to a plot.

A member can only do what their permissions allow, such as building, opening containers, or helping manage the plot.

Visitors

Visitors are players who are not members of the plot.

Owners can control public permissions to decide what visitors can do inside the plot.

Wilderness

Land outside plots is wilderness.

If you want land protected, claim it as a plot.
